Empty Pallet Collector
DLS develops a unique empty pallet collector.
For one of her customers, DLS has recently developed a complete new empty pallet collector. The DLS empty pallet collector is basically a solid frame with release-doors which is mounted above a pallet gravity lane. Operators can stack empty pallets behind the release doors, whereas the solid frame keeps the pallets nicely in place. Once the stack is complete, the operator can release the doors by means of a handle. The released stack of empty pallets runs on the gravity lane downwards to a picking position where a pallet truck can pick up the full stack of empty pallets.
The combination of a solid construction, safe and easy handling for operators AND the pallet gravity lane to move the stack to a picking position, makes the solution unique in the market!
